As more families and children return to their trusted providers for well child visits, our Reach Out and Read mission is more critical than ever. Reach Out and Read Orange County is rooted in creating resiliency for the children, families, and providers we serve; children receiving a new book to take home builds those key relationships and resiliency that are critical for our children and families.

Your donation to Reach Out & Read Orange County will help us support our early literacy champions, and expand the program across the county. Your generous contribution will go to purchase new children’s books, educational resources for parents, and other resources to support and enhance early literacy programming in Orange County.
Due to your generous past support, we distributed 13,000 additional books from 2022 to 2023 to children ages 6 months to 5 years, meeting 60% of books needs. Our new challenge for 2024, is to increase distribution of books to children from birth to 5 years.
