Special Event Room Rate $180.00 (single/double room accommodations)
Room rates available from Thursday October 5-8, 2023.  Hotel registration must include a major credit card as a deposit and is refundable only when the hotel is notified 24 hours before the arrival date.

RESERVATIONS AT THE SPECIAL ROOM RATES ARE NOT GUARANTEED IF NOT RECEIVED BY SEPTEMBER 14, 2023.

Complementary self-parking will be available this year as an added convenience.  Please use hotel entrance on Von Karman for self-parking.  Surrounding parking structures will not be honored.
Valet parking is also available at your own cost.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY:
A full refund will be given if notice is received before August 10, 2022. After that date a $100 cancellation fee will be charged. No refunds will be offered after September 20, 2023.
